The following terms govern service quotes, scheduling, and work performed by Summit Wash Pros LLC.

Summit Wash Pros LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing services throughout the Kansas City metro, including Lee's Summit, Missouri and the surrounding area. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided by Summit Wash Pros are free and based on the property information and photos provided. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site evaluation if property conditions differ from what was described.

Scheduling & Weather

Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM CST, with emergency after-hours service available. Commercial night, early morning, and weekend scheduling is available on request. Service may be rescheduled due to weather or site access issues.

Property Access & Protection

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for identifying sensitive items that require protection. Summit Wash Pros takes reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, electrical fixtures, signage, and surrounding property, but cannot guarantee against pre-existing damage or wear.

Payment

Payment terms are provided at the time of quote approval. Consumer-friendly financing is available for qualifying services — ask your service representative for details.
